Terms of Service

By creating an account or using travelzPro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (or your agency) and K.K. Rhymers.

travelzPro is a SaaS platform for inbound travel agencies in Japan. It enables you to create, edit, and export branded client itineraries using AI-assisted generation.

We may update, add, or remove features at any time. Material changes to paid functionality will be communicated by email with reasonable notice.

The Service depends on third-party providers including AI infrastructure (Anthropic) and payment processing (Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or output of these providers. Temporary unavailability of third-party services does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

The Service does not provide travel, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Itineraries generated by the Service are informational only and do not constitute confirmed bookings, reservations, guarantees, or professional travel recommendations. Always verify all travel information — including schedules, prices, visa requirements, and local conditions — independently before sharing with clients or travelers.

K.K. Rhymers does not act as a travel agency, booking agent, or tour operator. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and suitability of itineraries delivered to your clients.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
• Accounts may be suspended for repeated violations of these Terms.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices are displayed in JPY or USD and are exclusive of any consumption taxes.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• If payment fails, the account is downgraded to a read-only state. Data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' email notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You retain ownership of all itinerary content, client data, and files you upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service you grant K.K. Rhymers a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law (including personal data protection laws when storing client information).

Our handling of personal data contained in Your Content is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• The Service uses a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude) to generate itinerary text. Output is a starting point — always review for accuracy before sharing with clients.
• We do not warrant that AI-generated content is factually correct, current, or free of errors.
• You are responsible for the final itinerary delivered to your clients.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates any law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code or AI prompts.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Use automated means to scrape or excessively load the Service beyond normal use.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service's security.

travelzPro, its design, codebase, brand, and underlying AI prompts are owned by K.K. Rhymers. These Terms do not grant you any license to our IP beyond the right to use the Service as described herein.

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential during the term of these Terms and for three (3) years after termination. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no breach of these Terms; (b) was already known to the receiving party without restriction; or (c) is required to be disclosed by law or court order.

Your itinerary content and client data are treated as confidential. Our non-public pricing, roadmap, and proprietary methods are treated as confidential.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless K.K. Rhymers and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) Your Content, including any claim that it infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law; or (c) your clients' or End Users' claims arising from itineraries you deliver using the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, K.K. Rhymers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that the Service will meet your specific requirements. No uptime guarantee is provided unless separately agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K.K. Rhymers's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) JPY 10,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemic, government action, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure including AI providers or cloud services.

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breaches of these Terms. We may also terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access ceases and your data is queued for deletion within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be resolved in the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, and both parties consent to its exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be sent by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and K.K. Rhymers regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. No side agreements, emails, or verbal commitments modify these Terms unless incorporated in a written amendment signed by both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without K.K. Rhymers's prior written consent. K.K. Rhymers may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, with notice to you. Any purported assignment in violation of this section is void.
