How do AI credits work?
Paid plans include monthly AI credits (Free gets a one-time grant). AI itineraries cost 5 credits per 7-day block, proposals 2 credits per option per 7-day block, quotes, invoices and assistant actions 1 each, and EN-JA translation 2 credits per document.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan-included credits do not roll over month to month. Purchased credit packs roll over for 3 months.
How does the Free plan work?
You get a one-time grant of 10 credits on signup (enough to try 2 AI itineraries) — credits do not renew monthly. Edit your itineraries freely, as much as you like. After that, buy credit packs whenever you want to create a new itinerary. Note: all itineraries created on Free are public — visible and discoverable by others. Private itineraries require any paid plan.
Does the Billing role count toward the seat limit?
No. Billing and Viewer roles are excluded from the seat count. Extra seats cost ¥6,000/mo on Team, ¥5,500 on Team Pro and ¥4,800 on Team Agency, each including +100 credits/mo.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12).
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Changes are pro-rated automatically.
